Oakhurst debit order *****

I was offered 1 year free insurance from Oakhurst by the dealership. All of a sudden several debit orders amounting to almost R2000 from Oakhurst went off my account. When I questioned it all I got was an email saying they have cancelled the add insurance and apologize for the inconvenience. Is this an inconvenience or *****? I never requested or agreed to any additional insurance. I never gave them permission to debit my account. I don't even know where they got my banking details from. Definitely ********* fronting as insurance

Good day Miss Ntshiba

We confirm that the terms and condition of your Comprehensive Cover Policy were discussed with you. During this call the policy extensions were mentioned to you, and the consultant mentioned that she will activate the policy extensions for the 1st of September 2018, using the banking details you provided for the Comprehensive Cover premium to go off. At the end of the call, your response was that she should send you documents with their details of the policy extensions, so you can decide which one’s would be best suited to you. The consultant failed to de-activate the extensions.

We sincerely apologise for this error and confirm that the premiums deducted have been refunded back to you.

Regards

Oakhurst Resolutions Team
