OAK HURST INSURANCE

I was not happy with the outcomes of my claim, I have tried claiming twice but the insurance( OAK HURST INSURANCE) were of no help, now I have been trying to end the relationship, Riane Du Plessis confirmed yesterday 08/06/2015 that I will receive a call from the insurance to assist me with the process of cancellation, nothing yet I called them today in the morning and no response on switchboard no response on Riane's extension, this company is so unprofessional and unreliable, I have been paying them on time and reporting to them on time, why cannot I get the same treatment, I WANT OUT!!
