not treating customers fairly

I submitted most of my documents for my claim i was dealing with a lady by the name of variety fisher who told to me submit the relevant documents which I did I told verity fisher that i work 8 to 8 every day and don't have time to an Asser to give me a quote for the damages to the house and she advised me not to worry I can send it when I have the time which was only done 2 weeks later I did get an Asser to view the damages I was quoted and charged to for the quote which Oakhurst refused to understand eventually. I submitted all the document and to find out Oakhurst don’t want to pay my claim out Varity said on the recorded line that it not right what Oakhurst is doing to me as a client how can the own employee that works for them say that so from what the employee say I think I’ve been misled in taking this insurance what must be happening to the employees at Oakhurst I’ paid my premium every month why must we as clients be not be treated fairly as client in this way when we work so hard to pay premiums the cost of living today is so high who can afford to take insurance when we can feed the need and give our children more education I want Oakhurst to pull all the recording of what was disclosed to me on the recorded line and Verity calls to be listen to what was said to me as a client I’m a not happy client if I was paying my insurance every month and Oakhurst refused to pay my claim then I think Oakhurst should pay all my premiums back to me that was debited from my account so that I can repair the damages myself I think because I took so long to get Asser Oakhurst thinks this damages was caused due over time which is wrong.. please can I get all my premiums back to I can repair the big hole in my ceiling urgently.

Thank you
