Not responding on time

My name is khulumani Nkomo I’m with oarkhust insurance my car was involved in an accident last year 15 th December and I sent all the documents they wanted then I was phoned by one of the stuff saying they want my permission to come get th car then 2 days after they sayd they are investigating then last week was told that they finished the investigation but when I call them now they keep on pushing me to one person to another I don’t nr what’s going now and my car it’s a business car now I’m loosing money I don’t nr who to talk to now
