NO ISSUING OF STATMENTS OR IT3B TAX CERTIFICATE

I am surprised to be informed that IT3B Tax Certificates or Statement of Payments by Oakhurst cannot be issued. This isn't the case with other reputable insurance companies. How is it that a statement isn't obtainable or available on record yet premiums are deducted monthly? Surely there must be some database where you extract this information when requested by your clients, most especially for tax related enquiries or is it that you are only concerned with debiting premiums and marketing your product?<br> <br> Please improve on your service and I recommend that you improve your website as well by allowing each individual client to log into their profile and obtain their kind of information related to the policy that the consultants isn't bothered to provide.
