Negative effect on my credit profile

I do not owe you guys R1695 as shown on my credit profile and i have stopped doing business with your company long time now yet on my credit profile it still shows that i still owe R1695 to Oakhurst. it has been how many 21days it takes to remove your company from profile since i don't even owe you a cent. The level of incompetency from your company is costing me heavily. Is this how you treat all your ex-clients?
