Oakhurst On the 11th September 2020 i was coming from work late night around pass 22:00 night i was involved on hijacked accident my car was damaged at the front the following day i called Oakhurst to report the accident after the tried to come with stories like did you have permit to drive at night i said yes than they said does your car have our car tracker i said no because had my own tracker the guy on the phone said sorry we wont help you because your car doesn't have our tracker was so shocked than i said to the guy at level 5 i called you guys to come install your tracker on my car you people said you can't come because of covid you will send the guys once we go to level one the guy couldn't answer me..................in a simple way Oakhurst its rubish insurance my car still stuck dont know what to do!!!!!!!! imagine was paying R2600 mxm when u call them they keep you holding for long an transfer you to other consultant nothing happening there i even spoke to one of supervisor nothing happening there !!!!!!!!!
