Most patient and polite consultant

I recently took up medical insurance for my pets from Dotsure. I was very impressed with the patience and polite nature of the consultant named David. He made numerous calls over a 3 month period until all was finalised. Never a sign of frustration when I couldn't speak. Thank you David for being patient whilst walking me through the process. Looking forward to the same amazing service from the insurance taken.
