Lost our business because of oakhurst

We was insured with oakhurst, the vehicle was on my aunts name and i was listed as the regular driver also this policy had sumtyn calledca open driver policy.... Long story short the bakkie was ****** with the tracking unit that oakhurst asked us to have installed and they refused to pay our claim for the he reason that the regular driver us under itc or has a judgment on his name.... Know what i dont understand is... 1. How does the drivers personal circumstances affects the owners claim....2. Did tbe sales person who sold us this policy not know to make us aware that if the regular driver has any judgment or itc listing that there was going to be problems at claim stage...3. They never even contacted netstar to find out what had happened to this vehicle or has it been found..... I would not recommend this company to anyone as oakhurst has taken away our bread and butter.... We have lost our business as a result of this...
