Jolanie is a breath of fresh air

I would like to take the time to advise Tarryn Durant that Jolanie is most certainly a breath of fresh air after dealing with a totally unsatisfactory Phumi Togbah for more than a month who simply chose to ignore my e-mails. <br> <br> After continuously keeping me updated on the progress of my request in order for me to make a payment Jolanie has renewed my faith in your company and her friendly manner and willingness to help me has gone above and beyond my expectations.<br> <br> I will definitely only deal with her in the future should I require assistance as she has proven what customer service is all about!!!<br> <br> To Tarryn the Assistant General Manager - thank you for your time and I would suggest you ladies give Phumi a leaf out of your book on how to correspond with customers.<br> <br> Thank you and keep it up Ladies!
