Isaac Williams

On 24 November 2017, 6:30 AM my cars bumper was ripped of by a taxi on the 2N on my was to Cape Town. As the bumper was hanging on the ground, I was unable to drive.

I call the Oakhurst emergency services on the number ********** 041 but my calls was not answered. We were 2 females stuck on the high way. I was forced to accept assistance from Compass Towing service to get off the road.

When I have finally got through to Oakhurst my claim was assigned to Isaac Williams, who was suppose to return my call in 10 minutes but did not. When ever I have called Isaac was never available to take my call.

I have submitted a complaint and was assisted by Shamiso Malvas, who confirmed that Oakhurst will cover the towing and vehicle repairs and I should expected a call to finalize everything Monday 11 December. A call was made that day to my phone but when I returned the call my calls were cancelled.

The claim for the vehicle repairs was eventually approved after I have submitted a complaint. I am still waiting for the approval of the towing charges that is still outstanding.

Isaac Williams was suppose to send me an update on the claim but has failed to do so. I have call the call center today again but my calls was again cancelled.

I have complete lost faith in this insure. I am tired of constantly call them for updates. I kept on informing them that I need my vehicle immediately but they keep on prolonging everything.

This is the worst services that I have experienced in my life.
