Insurance Premium increase without notification

You have increased my premiums without notification from around 500 to 900 without any notification. I had never even claimed, except for a windscreen a week or two ago. I've tried calling you to get an explanation and the calls are not being answered for the past 3 hours. This makes me wonder if I will be assisted in case of an emergency.
