Insurance premium correction

<p>On 4 October 2016 I was assisted by Nadia - Portfolio consultant for Oakhurst Insurance assitaed me in correcting the incorrect insurance premium deducted off my account and arrange for the refund to be paid back into my account. For background information I had called Nadia on the 30th September to inquire about the over deduction of my insurance premium. She went and listen to the tape for when I first took out the policy and she came back to advise on the errors identified. She explained to me the error and she advised me on the why did the error occur and she then arranged for the refund to be paid into my bank account. </p>
