Insurance Claim being DECLINED!!!
On the 7th of August 2015, my vehicle was involved in an accident which was caused by a taxi driver proceeding through a Red traffic light.<br> <br> After investigation with this company on the 2nd of September 2015, I received a letter from them informing me that my claim has been DECLINED due to a \Non Nominated"driver had been driving the vehicle.<br> which they quoted from the terms and conditions of their contract & I never received a copy of this contract due to them filling in the incorrect details"
