Insurance Claim

My car was damage by a third party rearing into me whilst they pulled out of a drive-way into my legally parked car! Car was 3 wks old! I got quotes to fix the damage and Oakhurst Accessor did a digital assessment on one of the quotes and came to an amount of R17 324,65 compared to the original quote of R22 103,30. On top of the R17 324,65 they deduct R2500 (access) which brings you to the R14800 My policy clearly states that in the event that another car rear-ends me this access payment will not be applicable! I was not at fault to the damage to my car and I feel my insurance is not being fair or honest! I apparently now have to buy the parts 2 weeks prior to car being fixed!!!! It’s a terrible terrible company and I am so angry for switching over to them. Do yourself a favour and stay away. I will review my report if they adjust their settlement and live up to their responsibilities!!
