Incompetence and unjust treatment

I was involved in an accident in October 2019 and my was taken to a certain panebeater in booysens and I only got my car it end of January 2020 but then when it came back it came with problems that it never had when taken . I communicated with the company in question instead my car was taken to another panebeater in lenasia to date my car is not yet back. What has been a challenge for me. What's the fact that I was the one nagging for assistance and I felt undermined, disrespected, annoyed by such unbecoming behavior and unprofessionalism of this company. They showed disregard with cries despite informing that I use this car for business purposes. The feeling I have with them undescribable and I don't think I would ever recommend it to anyone. By the way I joined AA insurance initial Oakhurst is their underwriter. Am so ****ed of
