Inaccurate Repudiation of Claim

I am absolutely outraged with how Oakhurst dealt with my claim. I had submitted a claim for a vehicle that was ******. The vehicle was parked outside of a small shipping mall/complex. Upon returning from lunch, I noticed the vehicle was missing and proceeded by reporting it to Altech Netstar and the Nearest Police Station. The vehicle hasn't been recovered hence my claim submission to Oakhurst. Upon their investigation, which took less than a week surprisingly, I received a letter from their claim department advising my claim has been rejected because of misrepresentation of the main driver. This is ridiculous as it is a nominated driver policy and I am registered as one of those drivers. They did not base their research on the theft of the vehicle which at the time had nothing to do with a driver as the vehicle was parked and locked when it was ******. They are obviously trying to save costs and give their investigator a nice incentive for saving themselves money. They even had the audacity to state they would pay me back the premiums i have already paid (Absolutely shocking). A broker is supposed to save me from these hassles, save me time and money, not make life more difficult as I now have to deal with the Ombudsman to dispute. I beg of the people reading this, don't settle for cheap insurance like this as they will try everything in their power to save themselves money and ***** the customer over.
