I will NEVER get something OUT of this insurance

I am with Outsurance for the pet insurance. We don't really claim for anything as my dog is healthy. Until the vet has said because she has a skin allergy we need to put her on an injection every month. I phoned and I added the health booster to my pet insurance. First month we get injection and I see my outbonus has now moved on to an extended date. I spoke to guy from pet insurance department and he said because the health booster is a claim my outbonus will move to extended date. So because my dog needs this injection every months that's why I took the healthy booster now I can't qualify for an outbonus.

Typical, just as I thought they are good, THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING they will do so you don't get cash back.

Very disappointed in them.
