Horrible service - They don't payout on claims

What a horrible service from this Company.<br> I bought a vehicle for my Company and had dents on the roof caused by some metals on the parking bays. After submitting the claim I had to wait for almost weeks before getting any response, each time I had to be the one calling and as an excuse \Sorry sir I was actually going to call you today before leaving the office\" and almost 4 months later they say the claim was rejected because I had to have a operators permit on the vehicle. WHAAAT????? II bought the vehicle and I am awaiting my operators permit but does this mean i must walk to any place I want to go until I get the permit to transport passengers yet I am travelling with my family not clients????<br> After insisting on having them rectify my category they still claim its been done yet nothings being done.<br> And the Consultants are so horrible in their service, clearly ************** and unfairness.<br> I cant even drive this vehicle for my personal use and again this accident was at a parking bay not on the road and not with any other vehicle.<br> Even when I say my intentions of changing Companies, they just ignore you clearly not worth using them for any cover because they will disappoint."
