Horrible service from Dotsurance

I had my vehicle towed to them 16 days ago, with absolutely no feedback or assistance. They do not know how to call a client back or to give feedback. A great company to take a monthly debit order, but horrible to deal with when you have a claim...so what is the point of having insurance !!!!!
