HELPLESS
very disappointed. my car was in an accident and towed by a towing company the insurance send. when i got my car back some of my stuff were removed. now no one can help me. insurance say they busy investigating but its been amost a week now and no one has contacted me. pls someone help me. i tried phoning them but each time a different answer.

The content of your dispute has been duly noted.
Immediately after the we were notified that your vehicle was returned to you with parts that are missing. We started investigating with the service providers that were involved in the claim process which is the repairer and the towing company.
The investigation is still pending as we need to establish the state in which your vehicle was received and release by the said service providers so liability can be enforced correctly for the purpose of correctly rectifying the matter.
We will inform you as the investigation proceeds until finalisation.
