Great speedy service I received from Carin at Oakhusrt car insurance

<p>This morning turned into a night mare as I reversed my car out of my yard, the front bumper rammed on the cement concrete and it slightly came off with bits of car parts hanging! What a frustration! I e-mailed ********** requesting a claims department e-mail address as I had no airtime to contact the insurance, within no time I received a response from Carin Ungerer and she assisted me with claims requests and broker allocation. I wish most people dealing with customers were made of her calibre. She went above and beyond to meet even exceed my customer expectations, Good job Carin u deserve a PROMOTION!!!</p>
