<p>i called in at oakhurst insurance company because i was wrongly debited , certain amounts that i didnt understand why they were debited. i called in and i was assisted by this lovely lady called patricia bester. she explained to me why i was debited those amounts and what the services are for. she made me understand everything before i made my decision. oh well i decided not to keep them because i didnt see a use of having those extras. i called on thursday she told me i will receive my money back by monday and i got my money back on monday. im so happy with oakhurst and thank you very much patricia for keeping me calm during the call and for explaining everything in detail for me. your product knowledge really helped alot now and in future.</p>
