Yesterday I phone Oakhurst insurance company. I was referred to talk to Kay-Lee Alaart concerning my query. Kay-lee was very much friendly I could feel her smile over the phone through our conversation. She keeps on updating me with what she was doing to help me. my problem was sorted immediately. Was very happy to find confirmation letter on what she was doing for me this morning. Its people like her who make us feel like a valued customer
