Nasiphi assisted me in a friendly and professional manner regarding my car insurance as well as other insurance policies. Her attitude was good, however my only concern is that phone line was not clear of which I don't think we can blame her for that, it was more of a technical problem. In future is shen can also slow down a little bit when explaining things because sometimes she was going through some points very fast. But all in all im happy.
