GOING THE EXTRA MILE BY A CONSULTANT

Good morning,<br> I had a problem with my insurance because I did not get any joy from my consultant after my premium was increased and I was very unhappy about it because I only started the insurance in May and I could not afford the new premium. I have send emails and made calls to my consultant but with no reaction.<br> Yesterday I phoned and it was said that all consultants were busy but someone will phone me back. A very friendly lady by the name of Karabo phoned me not even 5 min back later. She was very understanding and professional in the way she handled my query and concern about the high premium and with no further problem from her side she assisted me and my premium was sorted out. She went the extra mile that did not even took 10 min and I also received my new contract. She tolerated my angriness and frustration without being unfriendly and she calmed me down. Thank you for this consultant. I will contact her in the future if I experience any problem.
