the worst insurance company i have ever used, the person whom was assisting me was even quoting the old policy i had without realizing that i updated my policy last month.
now they evaluated my claim to be less than the excess, i believe they did this because they do not wanna pay.

We have reviewed your claim and we confirm that the amended excess structure was app**** to your claim. We however regret to inform you that the cost of damage to your insured vehicle was less than the excess required, payable by you. As such, your claim fell within excess.
