Fabricating Stories not to settle out of pocket expenses due to accident caused by third party.
<p>I am absolutely appalled by the way their customer contact person for third party claims handeld the interview about my accident, asking leading questions so I would incriminate myself so they dont have to pay out. Will take this matter to the ombudsman and even further.</p>
