<p>i was involved in an accident. someone bumped my car from behind. i called my insurance and reported the matter, they explain what they need and informed me that Sonja will be handling my claim. within 15 minutes she called and asked me to send her the supporting documents.</p> <p>i send the documents and she called back and gave me the panel beaters to go to who were close to my area. She called again the following day to update me on the progress and explained again what my cover includes and checked with me if i understood or if she should explain again . after the phone call money was deposited into my account for me to hire a car. </p> <p>my car is booked for repairs and all is well.</p> <p>she is very efficient and professional.</p> <p>i hope the panel beaters are just as efficient. i will give feedback about them once my car is fixed.</p>
