excuses not to pay claim

i experience a hail storm in my area, this resulted in my roof and ceilings in my house been damaged, Oak hurst insurance rejected my claim saying i did not do maintance on my rroof, this is all bull****, they are only finding excuses not to pay my claim, they are full of **** and is the worst insurance to ever take, i hope the MD of Oakhurst roof collapes, then they must say to him that he did not do maintanace on his roof
