I would like to take this opportunity to send compliments to Oakhurst for hiring exceptional people who make the definition of customer's experience sound like an understatement. However to cut a long story short, I had a query with the details on my policy with Oakhurst and I sent an email for them to rectify the problem, they called me within a few minutes and the agent who helped me was Zukisani Lawana, firstly I must give extra kudo's to Zukisani for the awesome courtesy, politeness and professionalism. This individual went through everthing on my policy and made sure everything was above board and also highlighted the other beneficial products in their portfolio anyways I hope Oakhurst surely realize they have awesome people in their staff compliment.
