Excellent service received

Early today my daughter started a long journey by car, to Kokstad in the KZN. The first thing that occurred in my mind, like any other parent, was her safety on the road. As a result I called my insurers, Oakhurst Insurance Company, to request all contactable numbers in the event that my daughter finds herself in an emergency situation. I could not believe it, when in less than an hour, my email was responded to by Patricia Bester, who was very kind and gave me all the requested information. I wish all service providers could have similarly committed and passionate staff at their points of contact with customers. Keep it up Oakhurst / Patricia, with you I know my family is safe.
