<p>Ms Benita Rheeder was assisting me with the progress on the claim asking whether I will be able to pay the access of R5 500, then if i will be able to pay it then she will send the report to the next person that she will be sending the documents to the insurance people,and she also told me the total cost of the car .She was talking to me nicely and she was polite.</p>
