I recently took up insurance with Oakhurst and from the day I requested a quote Zimasa has always been helpful and never forgets to provide feedback. I haven't had to call in often because she thoroughly explains everything and simplifies anything I may not understand. She regularly keeps in touch on email and recently made sure my premium went down, as she promised when I took up the insurance.
