Excellent Service

<p>I am a client of Oakhurst Isurance since June 2014. I had short term insurance with various other short term insurances, until I found Oakhurst Insurance. Not only are Oakhurst Insurance's premiums much much lower that any other insurance I researched, but their customer services are excellent, especially the consultant dealing with my policy, Patricia Bester. I had a previous consultant, but had difficulty to contact her etc. Patricia is always available to consult with, and if not, immediately return my calls and attend to my queries. I registered a few claims with Oakhurst Insurance in the past, and had no problems whatsoever. My latest claim was for a windscreen replacement, and Patricia Bester went out of her way to assist me in no time. I reported the incident on Tuesday 17 May 2016, and Patricia gave me a follow up call on Wednesday 18 May 2016. She was very polite and professional and undertook to arrange for the vehicle to be booked at the closest Glassfit to have the windscreen replaced.</p> <p>All my previous claims at Oakhurst were also handled in the most professional and polite way. I reiterate: apart from their excellent client relations and professionalism and quick response with claims, are their premiums the best comparing to any other insurance.</p> <p>Thumbs Up for Oakhurst Insurance, and in particular my consultant, Patricia Bester. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
