Excellent service

Jade Williamson called me to offer me an upgrade on my policy. I was busy in a meeting and told her to call back and she did. I asked her a couple of questions on my existing policy which she gladly answered. I then declined the offer and she accepted my choice without pushing harder like normal sales people would.
