Excellent service
I left a message on the Chat function to quote me on a policy. The chat bot left a message and said the office hours is from 8am to 5pm. But i got a call from a friendly gentleman names Josua Delport at around 07h44. If this is not exceptional service then i don't know what is! He took the extra effort to phone me early to assist me with my query
