I CALLED REGARDING THE CLAIM AND ROCHE WENT EXTRA MILES TO ASSIST ME, GOT THE CLAIM NO WITHIN A MINUTE AND REFERRED ME TO THE CLAIMS CONSULTANT. SHE GAVE THE NAME AND THE CONTACT NO OF THE CONSULTANT
