Excellent Service

I just want to thank Sarah-Joy Kvalsvig (Retentions Consultant)at Dotsure for making my departure with Dotsure a pleasant one.

Sarah did everything she possibly could to make me reconsider staying on with them, and to be honest I felt sad having to do it because of how she treated me throughout the process. Once it was agreed that I would cancel, I received my "Notice of Cancellation" letter within minutes.

If money wasn't involved, I definitely would have stayed.
