<p>Portia assisted me with the information with regards to the calculation of how much that needs to be paid against the vehicle finance account since the car is still being financed. She also clarified most of the things that I needed to know in terms of the way forward on the insurance claim made. Her service was very excellent and I am happy with her conduct.</p>
