Excellent Customer Service from Refiloe Kalanko

I purchased a funeral policy from Vital Insurance Services, I was assisted by a lady called Refiloe Kalanko. She expertly explained what she was offering was very knowledgeable about it. Too top it all off, she was very professional and friendly. One of the best customer service experiences I have had.
