Excellent customer service from Portia Mdlalose

<p>I would like to applaud Portia's excellent standard of care and for being patient with through a frustrating claim after a vehicle accident. She was with us and talked us through the entire claim process. She was in constant contact and explained each step, with the patience of a saint.
