Excellent and quality service

<p>I joined Oakhurst warranty around September 2016, through a consultant Godfrey Makhathini but have not received a welcome pack nor any communiques welcoming me as a member.as well as member booklet<br />I send several e-mails to him in October 2016 requesting my welcome pack and acknoledgement of my membership but he did not responded to my request. i had to call Oakhurst Insurance for same and was referred to Lauren Dreyer. I sent her an e-mail and same day she sent me the copy of the contract. She was so friendly and helpful. i received the document which i struggled to get from Godfey for along time. She addressed my complaint within munites. Thats what quality service is all about. Thanks to Lauren, I nearly cancelled my membership because of the poor service I got before I was referred to her.<br /><br /><br /></p>
