Had to speak to three different agents. First I spoke to Aneese who went through a quick verification because I was calling on behalf of my mom. Transferred me to Owen who did a great job in lowering my mom's premium and suggested transferring me to a more senior team member, Mpumi who went through all options and the implications thereof. We managed to reduce the premium which is a appreciated by my pensioner mom. Thank you to all three of you
