Ntombuzuko gave me the best service I have ever received in business and I have never been this happy with the level of satisfaction I received as a customer. The two things I loved and paid the most attention to about her service is her ability to listen and her patience. She was so patient, lenient and empathic, it felt like she had put herself in my shoes and knew exactly what I was talking about and everything I had gone through. I cannot even begin to compliment her listening s****s. Listening really is a s****. She listened to everything I had to say, without interrupting me and then responded in a manner that did not leave me with unanswered questions. By the end of my session with her, I had gotten the chance to offload every piece of information necessary for her to assist me, and she played an amazing role in bot leaving me with loopholes thAt would make me make conclusions of my own or assume otherwise. She was very comprehensive, she clearly knows how to do her job because she does it excellently and she was great. Big ups for the wonderful service. We need more people like you. ThAnk you very much
