SHE WAS SO HELPFUL AFTER I SPOKE TO HER SHE SEND ME AN SMS WITH NAME OF THE PERSON WHO WILL BE DEALING WITH MY CLAIM AS WELL AS DIRECT TELEPHONE NUMBER FOR THE PERSON WHICH I FOUND IT SO EASY .
