Efficient and effective services

I was involved in an accident on the 28th of September wch was 3 days after taking my policy. My premium was due on the 30th of Sep. My personal portfolio consultant Charney Vloks has been of continuously amazing service. She is quick to respond to my questions and gIves me amazing services.As soon as I informed her about the accident , she quickly registered a claim on the system. On the same day I received a call from Desree. Desre was very helpful ,I remember I sent her an and one day as I did not understand what documents were required from me, I received a call within a minute to be precise. My claims handler Mariska also offered me fast and efficient service. Because of her great help, my claim was approved and authorized in no days. I would like to thank OAkhurst and the above mentioned individuals. I hope the rest of the team are as good as these valuable individuals in their job. This world will be a better place should everyone value their clients as much as these individuals do. My car is currently at A1 Panel Shop as they are awaiting parts from OAKHURST and I hope the process will keep moving at this pace. Thank you Desree, Mariska and Charney.
