double standards

I joined oakhurst insurance last month. Spoke to a few different people to get everything sorted. They asked how the service was, I rep**** excellent. Oakhurst then contacted me to ask if I'd put a review here on hello peter, which I was quite happy to do, because up till then the service really had been awesome.

Then last week I was working out my budget, when I panicked because suddenly I had almost no money left. I checked my statement and oakhurst had taken the money for the insurance as agreed, but also an additional R850. I called immediately and was told this was a once off admin fee. I rep**** that I had never agree to that. In the previous calls, I was told there would be a once fee of R125, which I asked to be debited at once so that I knew it was paid. The agent was friendly and said she would send my query to the auditors, and asked that in the meantime I mail her a bank statement. Which I did. I heard nothing further that day. the next morning I sent another mail enquiring what was happening with my query, becuase I desperately needed that money back. Only very late that afternoon did they reply and ask for my bank statement. Which I then again sent to the same email address. 2 days later the money was back in my account. But I have still received no apology or reason why I had to go through all that. But when I had a compliment they were quick to ask that I put it on here. I live alone and have an extremely rigid budget, so for a few days I could'nt get things paid.
