Dotsure poor claim service

Dotsure pet insurance is an absolute **** and the worst service ever, after my toy poms having a dental treatment and having to remove several teeth, Dotsure refuse to pay me out, advising that the invoice did not mention the extraction, even after I requested they contact the vet they still refuse to me out.

I pay my installment on time every month, after years of being with Dotsure this is only my second claim, and their service has been pathetic, and since my babies are now 10 years old I am unable to get any other cover for them.
