Dotsure /Oakhurst bad service ,biased and Harassment for black client Mcneil and Valine Manies

I have a claim for my vehicles which is covered under my policy the insurance is refusing to settle

the guy from complaint liaison by the name of McNeil is bais /******, rude and disrespectful to client teaming up with Valine Manies they never respond to calls of clients ,never do follow up just to make customers frustrated and end up asking you million of documents one by one you bring first they need second after 3 days and end up sending yo sms on saturday after eleven to say you have 7 days but they spent the whole weeke without attending you ,their service is so bad i currently raised with internal Ombuds if no releave iam approaching external i paid this insurer for the past 5 years ,refered people ,added more vehicles and covers on the same insurance but when is their time to fix it becomes an issue you are asked about how clean is your interior just imagine how disrespectful that is but to their nation nothing like that they also take your rights to information (hide important information that concerns clients or that will help you to take cover with them or not) so good people consider other insurances if you need to be on the safe side on times of need
